Medical/Orthopedic Massage Therapy
A multi-disciplinary approach to relieving muscular and soft tissue pain, dysfunction and injuries. It is also utilized to help clients regain and improve their health and fitness. A multi-disciplinary approach is far more powerful than one technique or form of treatment. Properly performed and directed by a licensed therapist, Medical Massage Therapy restores the body's structural balance, reduces soft tissue pain and improves flexibility.

Pre-natal massage is a fantastic and much-needed relief for mom's to be, promoting relaxation and of course, decreasing those pesky stress hormones.

A Swedish body massage is a perfect way for anyone who is overworked and stressed out to relax their body and mind. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.

Reflexology
Massage therapists work "from the outside in" manipulating specific muscle groups or fascia to release tension.
Reflexology is different because reflexologists work "from the inside out", directly on the nervous system by applying pressure to reflex points, through the feet, hands, face, and ears. This enhances overall relaxation, brings internal organs and their systems into a state of optimum functioning, homeostasis. Increases blood supply which brings additional oxygen and nutrients to the cells and enhances waste removal. It positively affects the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, immune and neuropeptide systems in the body.

About Ducy
Ducy has been drawn to the holistic field for many years and in 2014 she decided to start on her journey of holistic healing by enrolling in a certificate program for Reflexology. Ducy fell in love with reflexology and bodywork and was amazed by how the human body and mind can heal itself. She wanted to expand her skills and enrolled in the Ridley Lowell Massage Therapy Certificate program.
Ducy has a passion for the healing arts and feels blessed to have the opportunity to share her gift for body work and energy work as she intuitively creates a custom treatment for her clients. Combining relaxation to deep tissue, myofascial tecniques and energy work to bring the body, mind and spirit to a state of homeostasis.
